Of course, there are countless genres of music, and thousands of bands. Everyone has his or her own favorite. No matter what, however, it’s still music—exciting, inspiring, provocative, and enjoyable. Young people see music as an extension of their personalities. It’s a significant part of who they are.
Four teenagers from Diamond, Ohio can certainly relate. Friends since childhood, they all learned instruments and formed an awesome band called The Broken Heart Brigade. They’ve only been a band for a short time, yet they’ve already gained a loyal following in Ohio—and everyone who hears them play agrees that the sky’s the limit for this up-and-coming band.
The story of The Broken Heart Brigade is a story of friendship, along with an intense love of music. Ozzie, Zach, Brandi, and Isaac are always hanging out together, listening to music, writing songs, going to concerts—and, of course, performing live at clubs, parties, and sometimes just for their friends! Sure, they want to be rich and famous rock stars, but that’s not why they’re doing this. For them, it’s all about the music.
